Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, except as provided in Section 9.
You may delete your account at any time through the account dashboard. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, after providing notice where practicable. In case of serious violations (e.g., illegal content, security threats), we may terminate access immediately without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is [CITY], Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the original provision.
